Who is responsible

What data I collect and why

Contact form: your name, email or phone number, and the message you write. I use this data solely to answer your enquiry (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is message reaches me by email and stays in my inbox - it is not kept in any database - and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Visit statistics: if you accept cookies, I use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This data is anonymous and aggregated. If you decline, no analytics cookie is created - and the site works exactly the same.

Cookieless visit counting: I also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate without setting cookies and without storing any identifier that could recognise you on another visit or another site. Because it uses no storage and identifies no one, it runs regardless of your cookie choice.

Who processes the data

I use trusted services to run this site: Vercel (hosting and cookieless statistics), Resend (sending the notification email) and Google Analytics (statistics, only with your consent). Each acts as a processor under the GDPR.

How long I keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as they are needed to follow up on your enquiry, and at most 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw cookie consent (clear this site's data in your browser and the banner reappears). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
